No one knows exactly when these Coral Reef Oriental Poppies decided to plant themselves in the planter out by the road but we’re certainly glad they did. They’re delicate but also incredibly hearty at the same time. And it never fails that when they are on the brink of blossoming that a massive wind and rain storm will be headed our way. So when I see they’re getting ready to open up, I watch them. There’s only ever three. It doesn’t matter if I save the seeds and replant. We have three and they’re this gorgeous coral pink that no one else in the area has.
